“Mindless Pleasures” came out immediatly after the moment band rebranded itself J-Lobster for vague karma-related reasons. This album is all about fat grooves, unrestrained passion, mighty riffs, quirky electronics, decadent lyrics and poignant melodies. Dick Valentine from the revered and sexed-up American rock combo Electric Six makes a guest appearance on “Nuclear Cowboy”. Additional feminine drive is offered by Tutta Larsen, a celebrated TV presenter who sang in the band during early days.
